Read entire label for usage directions. Avoid drift onto desired plants.
Frequent questions:
Remuda is a 41% concentrate of glyphosate herbicide. It is a non-selective systemic material that controls both broadleaf weeds and grasses. Remuda is systemic so it goes through the leaves to kill the underground roots.
Most all green tissue is affected. Therefore do not get it on desired plants or they will be killed. Remuda does not provide good control of nutgrass, malva (cheese weed) and ivy.
Remuda must be absorbed into the plant to control it. Generally, it takes about 4 days on young annuals and 7 days or more on perennial plants/weeds. The warmer the temperature, the faster Remuda works.
No. Remuda already contains a surfactant.
Give it at least 6 hours to become rain fast.
Residual control? No. It controls through the plant foliage; It has no soil activity, so controlling weeds that germinate after the application will require another treatment.
Remuda does have the best rate range of any glyphosate product on the market. Spray to cover the weeds thoroughly. For young annual weeds – 2 Tbsp per gal. of water For general weed control – 5 Tbsp per gal. of water For hard to kill weeds such as perennials, trees, and bushes – 26 Tbsp per gal. of water
We recommend a 7 day interval between treatment and seeding.
